Sigma Pro Academy is founded and led by Debasish Mukherjee, an accomplished, an accomplished Quality Management professional with over 32 years of experience across Quality Management, Corporate Training, Consulting, and Professional Mentorship.

Throughout his extensive career, Debasish has worked with professionals and organizations across diverse industries, helping individuals and businesses strengthen their capabilities in Quality Management, Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement.

His training experience extends across India, where he has conducted programs at prestigious institutions and organizations, including IIT Bombay, Bombay Stock Exchange, The Indian Army, Raymond, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Motors, City Bank, First County Bank, Seha Emirates Hospital, Symbiosis university, TAPMI etc, among several others. Over the years, he has trained professionals at every level—from aspiring managers and working professionals to senior business leaders and CXOs of leading organizations.
